E-conomic cargo mapper
When you create orders in E-conomic, you can choose which type of shipping method the order should be sent with, and thereby also which type of label is generated in Lagersystem.dk for that particular order.
GLS Parcel Shop
If you need to send to a GLS parcel shop, do the following.
Go to https://gls-group.eu/DK/da/depoter-gls-pakke-shops and find the parcel shop you want to send to. Then click the "Details" link for the desired parcel shop.
Now you can select the name, address and parcel shop ID, as shown below. Then copy the selection, either by right-clicking the selection and clicking "copy" or by pressing CTRL and C on the keyboard.
Go into E-conomic and edit the delivery address on your order.
Paste the contents from the clipboard into the address field, as shown below. Do this either by right-clicking in the address field and clicking "Paste" or by placing the cursor in the address field and pressing CTRL and V on the keyboard. Note: it is important that it says PakkeShop-ID: followed by the parcel shop's number. Otherwise Lagersystem.dk cannot generate a label.
In the Terms of Delivery field, you need to write the shipping ID. This is set up under "Setup > Cargo mapper" in Lagersystem.dk. Once it has been set up the first time, you'll be able to use the same code every time you need to make a parcel shop shipment, so it's a good idea to create a shipping ID that you can remember. For example, "glspakkeshop" as shown in the illustration above.
If you want to create the cargo mapper in Lagersystem.dk, do it as follows.
Go into your Lagersystem.dk solution under "Setup > Cargo mapper":
Click "Add new"
In the window that appears, enter an identifier. The identifier is what you need to enter in the "Terms of Delivery" field in E-conomic. The most important thing is that you can remember the text. In this guide, we have used "glspakkeshop", so we'll use that here too.
In the shipping method, select GLS Pakkeshop from the drop-down menu. The note field is just a note for yourself, and you don't need to fill it in.
