Recommended Shopify apps for use with Lagersystem
On this page, we have put together an overview of the apps we recommend to our customers who use Shopify for their webshop.
The list contains apps that we know work with Lagersystem and that can solve three common challenges: parcel shop selectors, synchronizing stock figures across Shopify stores, and creating bundle products that work with the entire pick and pack process in Lagersystem.
Parcel shop selectors for Shopify
If you offer your customers the option of sending their order to a parcel shop, for example with GLS or PostNord, we can recommend the following parcel shop selectors, which we know work with Lagersystem without any problems:
Pakkeshopper is an app for selecting parcel shops in Denmark across PostNord, GLS, Bring and DAO. The app also has some other smart features such as address validation and a filter that can offer different shipping rates depending on which items the customer has in their cart. Free for smaller webshops.
Nordic Shipping Options is good for you if you only have customers in Scandinavia and Germany. It supports parcel shops in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Germany across PostNord, GLS, Bring and DAO.
Smart Send is good for you if you have customers all over the world. The app supports PostNord, GLS, Bring and DAO365 worldwide.
Synchronizing stock figures across Shopify setups
If you have several Shopify setups that share stock figures, it's important that the stock figures are synchronized across the setups, so that Lagersystem can update your stock figures correctly. It is your responsibility to have this synchronization set up, and here we can recommend the following apps, which can handle the task:
Multi-Store Sync Power is good for synchronizing stock figures and products across multiple Shopify stores. It also works for cancellations, refunds and similar situations.
SyncLogic is also very good, and has roughly the same features as the one above.
Bundle products in Shopify and Lagersystem
If you want to sell bundle products in your webshop, we can recommend the following apps, to ensure that your bundle products are correctly registered in Lagersystem.
A bundle product is, for example, if you have a store where you sell training equipment. Here, a bundle product could, for example, be a set containing a training mat, a barbell and four weight plates — in other words, a total of 6 item numbers being sold together as one item number, but where, among other things, stock figures still need to be updated for all 6 products.
Bundles is a super simple and easy-to-use app that does exactly what it says: creates bundles.
Connected Inventory is something we can recommend if you need a bit more than just creating bundles. This app can, for example, also be a help with variant management.
