Help – I can't enter numbers on my handheld terminal!

If you find that you cannot type numbers, for example when processing an order or goods in, it may be because you have accidentally pressed the physical button on the handheld terminal's keyboard.

Look at the status bar of the handheld terminal and check whether the box between the network signal and the battery level shows the number 1.

If it instead shows the letter A/a, you need to press the button until you see the number 1.

Also make sure there is no icon in the top bar showing 4 arrows or an icon showing "Fn". If there is, it means either the solid blue button (the function button) or the button with the 4 blue arrows (the arrow key button) has been activated. If so, press that button again so the icon disappears.
