Packing Usage – Registration and Report

With Lagersystem you can register your packing usage using the handheld scanner. This can, for example, be used if you are a warehousing service provider that needs to register packaging costs to your customers.

The service is an add-on service that costs 129 kroner excl. VAT per month to use. If you would like the feature activated on your solution, please contact support.

Create packaging

To create your packaging, go to – Setup – Add-on – Packaging

When you get to the page, you can select Create new packaging

Enter the desired information for the packaging you are creating. It is required to enter Title and Item number.

Add packaging to the order

Once the packaging has been created and activated, you will be asked to register packaging in connection with any order handling on the handheld scanner.

If you have created a barcode for the packaging, consumption can be registered by scanning the packaging barcode; otherwise, you can click on the desired packaging on the screen.

When you press Continue, the packaging item(s) you have registered on the order will be saved.
