Using stickers
Stickers are a sorting feature that let you place your orders into custom categories. You can use stickers to sort your orders, and it is up to you which stickers you need and how you want to use them.
Packaging declarations on items and item categories
For reporting under the EU Packaging Regulation, you can register which packaging materials an item or an item category contains — both the packaging the item is delivered in and the packaging it is transported in. This information is used to document the material composition of the packaging consumed in connection with the sale.
Flow Builder
Flow Builder is an automation tool where you build your own rules from a trigger, one or more conditions (IF), and the actions (THEN) to be carried out when the conditions are met. A flow always starts from a trigger, tests any conditions, and then runs its actions. If multiple flows share the same trigger, the flow with the highest priority runs first.

The AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is a conversational artificial intelligence built into Lagersystem, accessible from the green floating button with stars. The assistant can help assign your orders to users, create and adjust templates, build rules in the rule engine, build flows in Flow Builder, and much more.

In Lagersystem you have the option to create regular users and scanner users, if you want to keep track of your activities. It also allows you to assign orders to specific handheld scanners.

Customs setup
If Lagersystem needs to include customs clearance information when booking shipments outside the EU, you can enable customs clearance via Lagersystem and fill in a number of default settings that will apply to all your customs clearances.
Choose and rearrange columns in the order list and stock list
The order list and stock list can be customized so you only see the columns you need, in the order you prefer. This setup is personal and only applies to you — it does not affect your colleagues.
Lagersystem Windows scanner app
Lagersystem's Windows scanner app makes it possible to process your orders from your packing table, so you can cross-check that the items match the order and complete the order from your computer. You can simply connect a scanner to your computer and use the app to access Lagersystem's normal features, just as if you were using a handheld terminal.
