Payment mapper

A payment mapper is how Lagersystem determines which payment method should be used for your orders.

What is a payment mapper?

Payment mapper is how Lagersystem determines which payment method should be linked to your orders. If you have a payment option in your shop called "MobilePay", it needs to be linked to QuickPay if Lagersystem is to charge the money through that. This way you can control where the money should be charged, or whether Lagersystem should not charge anything at all.

How do you create a payment mapper?

To create a payment mapper, go to Setup and select Order setup.

Once you are on Order setup, select the Payment mapper tab.

Here you can add new payment mappers by clicking Add new.

Here you need to enter an identifier and select the payment method for that identifier. You will find the identifier in your shop or in your ERP system.

In WooCommerce, for example, the payment options are under Settings + Payments. So all you need to do is copy the active payment options over to Lagersystem. Remember to enter the payment options exactly as they appear in your shop, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

Once you have entered your identifier, select the matching payment method. If you are missing a payment option, for example E-pay, Klarna or others, contact support@lagersystem.dk.

Once you have added the payment mapper, it is saved in your system. Remember to add payment mappers for all the payment options you have in your shop.
