Reorder Suggestion
In Lagersystem you have the option to create reorder suggestions, so you get a list of reorder suggestions based on the figures you have had over a given period. This makes good sense once you have used Lagersystem for a while, since it then allows for precise calculations.
Here you can read how to create reorder suggestions, and what you should be aware of.
You will find Reorder suggestion under the Reports menu item.
Once you are on the reorder suggestion page, you first have the option to select purchasing for period. This means you get purchase suggestions for the time interval you choose. Here you can choose whether you want suggestions for 1-2 weeks or 1-3 months.
Once you have selected your time interval, you can select the period the data should be based on. You do this in the Based on period (P1) menu. You can either enter a period yourself using the calendar or choose one of the suggestions on the left: today, yesterday, last 7 days, this week, last week, etc. Once you have set the period that fits your needs, press the Apply button.
Once you have selected the period your data should be based on, you can choose to compare it with either the same period the year before or the previous period.
Next, you need to select an expected change in percent. Here you can specify the percentage increase or possible decrease you expect for the period. Simply enter your figure, for example "15". After that, you can choose to specify your own Max development or work from the default value of 100. Once everything has been entered, you can press Generate report.
You will then get a list of your items for reordering. Here you can choose whether the data should be transferred to goods in in Lagersystem, whether you want to export a CSV file with all the data, or print the reorder suggestion.
If you want to filter out specific items in the list, you can use the Item filtering field. Here you can enter either part of the item name or the item number. So if we want to filter out all "One Plus" models, we simply type that into the field.
This way, you quickly get an overview of your reorder suggestions. You can transfer the selected reorders to goods in so you can receive your orders. You can also export them to a CSV file or print the report.
