Attach a screen to your Dashboard

Dashboards is a paid add-on module. Contact us to have it enabled on your agreement.

A dashboard can be shown on a physical screen, e.g. a screen or TV mounted on the wall. Before a screen can display a dashboard, it must first be attached (paired) and approved.

How to attach a screen​

  1. Open the dashboard's link for screen display in the browser on the screen/device itself.
  2. Since the screen isn't approved yet, it will instead show a large pairing code while it waits.
  3. Go to Opsætning → Dashboards in your Lagersystem.
  4. Below the list of dashboards you'll find an overview of screens awaiting approval. Each screen is identified by its browser and IP address, and a screen only needs to be approved once for all dashboards — it doesn't need to be approved again if it's later used for another dashboard.
  5. Find the row where the Kode column matches the code shown on the screen.
  6. Click the checkmark icon next to the row to approve the screen, or the prohibition icon to reject it.

As soon as the screen is approved, it automatically starts showing the dashboard without any further action on the screen itself.

Rejecting an already approved screen​

If you reject a screen that is already approved and currently showing a dashboard, the screen is immediately cleared of content. Because this affects a screen that is in use, you'll be asked to confirm the action before it's carried out.
