Stock regulation

Stock regulations are changes to the inventory from Lagersystem that are pushed through to your accounting system or shop. Stock regulations can be made from the computer, the handheld scanner, or as a result of a stock count.

Stock regulation is found under Warehouse and Stock regulation.

Under stock regulation, all changes to the inventory (handled through Lagersystem) will be listed.

NOTE. The stock regulation is only completed the moment you click Run stock regulation. It is only at that point that the stock figures are adjusted in your accounting system. Unless you use E-conomic, you must export a CSV file, which you can then import into your accounting system.

Run stock regulation to transfer the adjustments.

Create stock regulations from the handheld terminal

In most cases, it is easiest to create a stock regulation via the handheld terminal, while standing at the shelf. You can read how in the guide below.

Create stock regulations from the computer

If you want to make a stock regulation from the computer, click Create manual.

Create a stock regulation from your computer

Then enter the item number and press the tab key to move to the field where you can specify the number of items you want to adjust up or down. If you want to deduct items, simply put a minus sign in front of the number.
