Stock regulation via handheld terminal

Stock regulation is a smart and quick way to correct your inventory if you encounter a discrepancy in the stock count while picking.

To adjust the quantity via the handheld terminal, select the menu on the right side and select "Stock regulation"

You are now in the Stock regulation main menu. To adjust the stock count correctly, you must add or subtract the quantity that is incorrect. This means that if the stock count says you have 12 of an item, but there are physically 10, you must press the minus button on the handheld terminal and then 2.

In this example you can see that a stock regulation has been created on the scanner. To minimize errors, it is not possible to run a stock regulation on the handheld terminal, so this must be done on the computer.

Running the stock regulation on PC

Once you have adjusted the item numbers that need to be corrected, go to the computer, and under Stock regulation you can see the corrections that have just been made.

If you are completely sure that the corrected quantity is correct, press Run stock regulation and the items will be adjusted immediately.
