Photo documentation – Document orders with the scanner's camera
On the back of your handheld terminal there is a camera, which you can use to take pictures as photo documentation of your orders. This can, for example, be used to prove that you have packed the correct items, that the package has been shipped, or similar. It can also be relevant if the order consists of several packages, so you can get an overview of what is in the different packages.
Warranty on your handheld scanner
It is important to us that you, as a customer, are satisfied. That is why we naturally provide a warranty on our handheld scanners.
Handheld Terminal Configuration
Choose which fields are shown on the handheld terminal's screens for orders, goods receiving, product details, and return orders.
Configuring scanner settings on the handheld terminal
To ensure the most stable use of the handheld terminal, you must make sure it has the correct settings. This is done in the following steps.
Install AnyDesk on the handheld terminal
Your browser cannot play the video.
Stock regulation via handheld terminal
Stock regulation is a smart and quick way to correct your inventory if you encounter a discrepancy in the stock count while picking.
Rent handheld scanners for your busy periods
At certain times it can be practical to have more scanners available for use in the warehouse. Instead of buying additional scanners, which you might not need for most of the year, we offer scanners that you can rent for, for example, weeks or months at a time.
Update the Lagersystem app on the handheld terminal
It is always a good idea to keep the Lagersystem app updated on your handheld terminal. This ensures that the handheld terminal works as optimally as possible, and that you have access to the latest features.
Set up handheld terminal via PIN code
If you have updated your handheld terminal, it may be necessary to set up the handheld terminal via a PIN code, so the handheld terminal is connected to your specific Lagersystem.
Park order – finish packing the order later
By parking an order, you can "save" the order to be finished packing at a later time, and resume the order right where you left off.
Scan multiple items with a single scan
It is possible to scan multiple items with a single scan, so the warehouse worker does not need to scan, for example, 100 units of the same item.
