Warranty on your handheld scanner

It is important to us that you, as a customer, are satisfied. That is why we naturally provide a warranty on our handheld scanners.​

The warranty covers manufacturing, product, and software defects identified during normal use of the handheld scanner, for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you wish to make a warranty claim on the product, we want to make the process as simple as possible. Therefore, please contact us before sending the handheld scanner to us.

Send an email to support@lagersystem.dk, with the following information:

  • Description of the fault – The better you can describe the problems you are experiencing, the better our chances of helping you.
  • The IMEI number of the handheld scanner – You can find the IMEI number on the back of the scanner.

Faults or damage arising from misuse, abuse, inadequate maintenance, liquid damage, and in general faults or damage which Lagersystem.dk can demonstrate are due to causes other than manufacturing, material, and software defects, and for which Lagersystem.dk is not liable under the general rules of the law, will not be covered by the warranty, even within our one-year warranty period.
