Install AnyDesk on the handheld terminal

1. Start by going into Settings
2. Then scroll down to the bottom
3. Press Download AnyDesk
4. Place your finger at the top of the screen and scroll down to where you can see the .apk being installed
5. Click Next and then Install
6. Then press Open
7. AnyDesk will show a warning that you can dismiss
8. Now AnyDesk will show a quick guide via some blue circles
9. After the blue circles, you are now ready to receive remote support
