Driver missing

If your handheld scanner does not show a laser when you press

This can be because the scanner's software has been updated and therefore requires a new driver.

Press the menu and navigate down to Settings.

Once you are in settings, navigate down to the Download driver button.

It takes a few minutes before the handheld scanner is updated and ready for use.
