Setup in Lagersystem before putting the system into use

Below, we have listed some points that are important to consider and complete so that you can get the most out of Lagersystem.

Before putting the system into use:

  1. Set up location series
    Location series allow you to create the most optimal picking route for the handheld terminal and divide your warehouse into location units; large and small shelving units, pallets, etc. You can quickly and easily enter your location series and generate barcodes for locations. Location series are not necessary everywhere, but they help unlock more functionality in Lagersystem.
  2. Import item locations
    If you have your item locations from your webshop or accounting system, you can quickly import them into Lagersystem. If you don't have item locations, you can use the handheld terminal to scan in your item locations.
  3. Check the email templates
    We can send emails to your customers with order confirmations and any partial delivery orders. You can customize the email templates to give them a personal touch. For example, you can add a link to your Facebook page, promo codes, or other content.
