Change location for multiple products at once
From the location list, you can select multiple products (possibly across several pages) and edit locations for all of them in one combined action, instead of opening each product individually.
How to select products
- Go to the location list under Stock → Locations.
- Search for all or part of a product number or product name to find the products you want to select.
- Check the checkbox next to the products/batches you want to change the location for. You can also use the checkbox in the column header to select all products on the current page. Since locations are stored per batch, each batch of a product counts as an individual selection.
- The selection is retained even if you browse to other pages in the list — the number of selected products is shown in parentheses on the Change location button above the list.
- Click Change location (n) to proceed to the edit page. If nothing is selected, a warning is shown and you are asked to select at least one product first.

Edit locations for the selected products
The button takes you to /locations/change, where one card is shown per selected product (per batch). Each card shows the product number, product name and — if the product has a batch number — this below the product name. The card's location table is the same one you know from editing locations for a single product: you can add a new location via the Location field, edit quantities on existing lines, and — if the store does not use full quantity control on locations (FLT) — drag the lines up or down to change their order.
If FLT is not enabled, a panel Add location to all products is also shown at the top of the page. Here you can choose a single location and click Add to all, after which the location is added to all selected products that don't already have it — products that already have the location are left untouched.
If FLT is enabled, each card instead shows a line with quantity in stock and quantity on locations, so you can see whether the quantities on the locations match the product's stock quantity before saving.
At the top and bottom of the page, a line shows the number of products being updated. Once you're done making changes, click Save all at the bottom of the page. You are asked to confirm the action, after which the changes are saved and you are sent back to the location list (with the search you came from). You can also cancel and go back without saving via the Cancel or Back button.
