Processing return cases in Lagersystem
Once the return system is activated in your Lagersystem, you get access to return handling via "Return Cases" in the top menu:

In the Return system (RMA portal) you can style the portal's colours yourself, so it matches your own brand. This is done using five colour pickers in the Return system's settings.

We have set up your returns system with default settings and texts, but you should go through the setup and adapt it to your business.
Papirløse returlabels
Lagersystem understøtter papirløse returlabels, hvor kunden modtager en kode eller et QR-billede på e-mail i stedet for en udskrevet label. Nedenfor beskrives de to måder, en papirløs returlabel kan oprettes på.
Return-to-Sender (Return-to-Sender)
Return-to-Sender is a dedicated return type for the cases where a package is returned due to a failed pickup or refused receipt. It gets its own order type (returntosender), its own status flow, and its own color in the return order's flow visualization and in the Type column of the return list, so it can't be mistaken for a regular return at a quick glance.
Return Sites – multiple return portals for multiple webshops/subsites
Return Sites makes it possible to create several independent, branded return portals – one for each webshop or subsite you run – instead of being tied to one shared return portal configuration for the entire account.
