Setting up Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) in Lagersystem

If your company uses Trustpilot, you can easily enter your Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) email address in Lagersystem. This way, Trustpilot is automatically notified when an order is completed via Lagersystem, and the order is queued for further processing at Trustpilot.

To do this setup, go to Setup -> Order setup in Lagersystem.

At the bottom of the page, on the General tab, you will find the settings below:

  1. In the text field for the setting "Send copy of email to", enter the email address you received from Trustpilot.
  2. Remember to click "Save settings".

This way, Trustpilot receives a copy of the email we send to the customer, and the orders will be saved in Trustpilot's system for further handling there.

Also remember to check that the checkbox "Do NOT send email to the customer on multi-handle" is not ticked. If it is ticked, no emails will be sent from Lagersystem.
