Upload photos to an order from your computer

From the order view, you can upload photos to an order directly from your computer, without needing to use a scanner. This is useful if you want to attach one or more photos to the order on the spot while picking.

How to find the feature

1. Open the order under Orders.
2. Click the Photo documentation tab.

At the top of the tab, you'll find the Upload photos button.

Upload photos from your computer

Click Upload photos to open the upload window.

Here you can select one or more images from your computer and send them to the order. At least one image or one video must be selected before the upload can be completed — otherwise the message "Please add at least one image or video." is shown.

Once the upload is complete, the new photos are shown together with the order's other photos in the list of attachments below, with a count of attachments and a thumbnail you can click to view the image in full size.
