View By Group

It is possible to group orders by customer. This makes it possible to pack several orders for the same customer at once.

It is possible to group by:

  • Company name for delivery
  • Company name for billing
  • Name of billing customer
  • Name of delivery customer
  • Billing email
  • Delivery email
  • Billing phone
  • Delivery phone
  • Billing CVR
  • Delivery CVR

Once grouped, orders with the same customer will be moved to the View By Group menu:

It will then be possible to send all orders for the same customer to a handheld terminal to ensure they are handled together.

If there are several orders for the same customer and you only start one of them, you will get a warning on the handheld terminal that there are several orders for the same customer.

Grouping is set up under Setup > Order Setup

Choose what to group by and save.

If you want to turn it off again, select View By Group: None
