Paperless order handling
If you want to do order handling without paper, you can do this in Lagersystem. All you need is to have set up scanner users in Lagersystem and set up Auto Print on the computer.

Paperless Order Handling
When you're ready to start paperless picking, log in to your Lagersystem site and go to Order handling. Here you can select the orders you want to send out to a scanner. Once you have selected the orders, choose the send to scanner function.
Here you need to select which scanner user your orders should be sent out to. If you don't have any visible scanner users, you need to create them first. You can follow the link at the top of the article to do this.
Once you have sent your orders out to the scanner user you selected, you will be able to see in Lagersystem that your orders have been sent out to the handheld scanner.
From within your Lagersystem app, you need to check that the scanner is logged in with the correct user. To do this, go into the menu and select Settings.
Here we need to find where it says Scanner user. If the field is empty, it means you have not yet selected a scanner user. So we need to click the field to select a user.
Once you have tapped the field, select the scanner name you have assigned the orders to.
Once you have done this, you can tap the return button ↪️ on your handheld terminal until you are back on the home screen. Here you can go into the Assigned function.
Here you will get an overview of the orders that have been transferred to the handheld terminal. You need to select the order you want to start with and then tap Start as single-order handling.
From here you can go through your order handling as normal, and you can continue with the next one in line or add new orders to the handheld terminal on your Lagersystem site.
Paperless single-order handling with automatic assignment
If you scan the barcode **NEXTORDER**, the next open order on the order handling list is automatically assigned to your scanner user and loaded onto your handheld scanner.
This means you avoid the manual assignment to a scanner user.
